Methods The expression of Elf-1 and C-erbB-2 was detected by immunohistochemistrically in 60 cases of Cervical Squamous Carcinoma, 20 cases of cervical benign tumor (CBT) and 15 cases of cervical normal mucosa.

• 方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测60例宫颈鳞癌组织,20例宫颈良性肿瘤组织,15例正常宫颈组织中Elf-1及C-erbB-2的表达。 结果Elf-1在正常宫颈组织及宫颈良性肿瘤组织中表达微弱,C-erbB-2在正常宫颈组织不表达,在宫颈良性肿瘤中低表达,但二者在宫颈鳞癌细胞中均有大量表达。
