Methods NOV gene recombinant plasmid was respectively transfected into COS 7 cells and NSCs by liposome method. Conditioned media(CM) of COS 7 cells and COS 7 cells modified by NOV gene were collected. COS CM and NOV CM, NSCs were cultured in CM.
