Methods Hippocampi neurons were cultured,the contend of MDA and the activity of NOS and Na~+-K~+-ATP,Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP of which were assayed through biochemical methods after damaged by QA,and the effect of Tet on these indexes were observed.
