Methods Expression of LRP, nm23-H1, MRP mRNA in bone marrow cells were determined from 47 acute leukaemia , 5 chronic granulocyte leukamia patients and 7 normal cases by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) .
