Methods Epidermal cell suspension was produced by routine methods,then the cells was cultured in KC-SFM supplment with AK auto Ab,bFGF and BPE. The culture medium was renewed after 48 hours, Later the changing medium only contained bFGF and BPE.

• 方法:按常规方法制备表皮细胞悬液,应用角质形成细胞无血清培养基(KC-SFM)中加入AKautoAb(用于替代TPA)、bFGF和BPE培养细胞,48h后换液一次,以后则用仅含bFGF和BPE的KC-SFM换液培养。
