Methods 75 essential hypertensive patients were selected. The blood pressures were measured with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and the left ventricular mass index(LVMI) was measured with echocardiography according to Devereux correction formula.

• 方法 对 75例高血压患者动态监测 2 4小时血压并自动计算心率血压乘积 ,超声心动图测定室间隔、左室后壁厚度及左室舒张末内径 ,并按Devereux校正公式计算左室质量、左室质量指数 (LVMI) ,分析各参数间的关系。
