Methods 63 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled. Their motor nerve conduction velocity of left median nerve(MCV1) and left common peroneal nerve(MCV2), sensory conduction velocity of left median nerve (SCV),FBG, HbA1C and MAC were tested.

• 方法检测63例2型糖尿病患者左正中神经、左腓总神经的运动神经传导速度（分别为MCV1、MCV2），左正中神经的感觉神经传导速度（SCV），同时测定FBG、HbA1C和晨尿白蛋白（MAC），按MAC的水平确定有无DN并分组，分别统计两组的MCV1、MCV2、SCV。
