Methods 34 blood specimens(9 type A,8 type B,9 type O,8 type AB) were gathered and made into 25ml red blood cell ACD-B blend fluid in the day. Their above related biochemistry targets were detected at 24 hours,5 days,10 days,15 days and 21 days.
