Methods 32 HBV-GN patients were divided into therapy group and control group, therapy group was treated with lamivudine 100 mg/d, while control group was treated with ACEI or ARB, all patients were treated for 12months, follow up 6 months.

• 方法32例符合条件的HBV-GN患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服拉米夫定100mg/d,对照组服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB),治疗12个月,随访6个月。
