Method:To apply 5% H 2O 2 on the black skin of guinea pigs,2 daily,for 50 days,and draw blood from abdominal aorta,and determine the content of tyrosinase by spectrophotometer and indexes of hemorrheology by LIANG 100 blood rate viscosimeter.
