Method:ATP-TCA was used to determine the effect of 6 chemotherapy drugs on surgical specimens from 45 patients with squamous carcinoma of buccal mucosa.

• 方法:45例口腔颊黏膜鳞癌新鲜标本行肿瘤细胞分离,6种化疗药物分别和癌细胞原代培养后,进行ATP-TCA检测。
