Method: In 31 cases,under general aneshthesia,partial resection of Tendon sheath at the stenotic part was carried out,with additional tendon plasty in twelve cases.

• 方法:局麻或静脉全麻下,对31例患儿行狭窄腱鞘部分切除术,12例加用肌腱成形术治疗。结果:全部病例经6个月至5年随访,均未复发,无术后粘连。
