Melatonin was used to replenish to newly old rats for 30 days. The content of malonaldehyde(MDA) and the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH px),catalase(CAT),Ca 2+ adensine triphosphatase(Ca 2+ ATPase) were measured with biochemical methods.
