Management review was done every two weeks but have the topic for human resouce ,Production ,Quality and Training ,no record of detail in each topic and no review the minuts of last meeeting .

• 每两星期一次的管理评审会议，记录只有主题，人事、生产、品管、培训各部门都没有详细报告，最后一次管理评审也没开。
