METHODS:Serum levels of LH,FSH,PRL,T and E 2 were determined by RIA and c erbB 2 oncogene expression by immunohistochemical staining in 67 patients with gastric carcinoma.

• 方法 :采用放射免疫法 ,测定 67例胃癌患者血清黄体生成素 (LH ) ,卵泡刺激素 (FSH) ,催乳素 (PRL) ,睾酮 (T )及雌二醇 (E )水平 ,同时检测癌组织中c erbB 2基因表达。
