METHODS:Injury the livers of mice by using CCl 4,determine its biochemical index,observe the change of pathological histology,test the activity of SOD and content of LPO in the mice after polysaccharides ig,and compare with normal animals.

• 方法：采用四氯化碳（CCl4）致小鼠肝损伤，测定生化指标，观察病理组织学改变，检测小鼠ig多糖后体内SOD活性和LPO含量，与对照组进行比较。
