MAS was diagnosed by the presence of meconium below the vocal cord, accompanied by respiratory distress with tachypnea, retraction, cyanosis and an abnormal chest X-ray finding.

• 方法：自1995年1月到2001年12月，在本院高危险婴儿追踪门诊，对胎吸症的病婴进行前瞻性的研究。胎吸症、窒息、休克、气胸、肺出血、新生儿肺动脉高压的诊断是由二位新生儿专家作独立诊断。
