Liver histopathology and serum ALT were detected simultaneously we observed: (1)The rate of FAS positive of patients with CHC in PBMC are 41.5%(17/41) and in the liver tissues are 65.6%(21/32).

• 结果显示 (1)CHC患者PBMC的FAS阳性率为 4 1 5%25 ,肝组织FAS阳性率为 6 5 6%25 ,肝组织FAS(+)病例中 81%25PBMCFAS(+)。
