Inthis study ,Rabies virus cell adapted strain SRV9 , were inoculated in suckling mouse brains to expand anddetected by RT-PCR . The results of TCID50 indicated that there are high titer virus in brains.

• 本实验将RV SRV9 毒株接种乳鼠,发病后收集鼠脑,经匀浆离心收取上清,RT-PCR 分析,TCID50测定证明,产物中含有高效价狂犬病病毒。
