Infection occurred in 1 case at 3 months postoperatively, the prosthesis was dislodged, antibiotic-impregnated cement was filled with knee joint ,two-stage arthroplasty was expected.

• 1例患者术后3个月出现迟发感染，再次手术取出假体，应用抗生素骨水泥间隔行膝关节旷置待二期置换。
