In this work, we have used metallic grating to diffract the normal incident radiation.Both TE-polarized and TM-polarized light can be detected by QWIP due to finite-size grating effect.

• 摘要:在本篇论文中，我们成功的利用金属光栅让正向入射光产生绕射，由于光栅有限尺寸的影响(入射光束大小远大于光栅面积)TE极化光及TM极化光皆可被量子井红外线侦测器吸收产生响应。
