In this paper, we complete the procedure to analyses and calculate the ratio of W/L of two Tpts and the areas of the capacition by using the two pixel circuits.

• 设计过程中我们采用每个单元像素含有2个TFT的源跟随型电路，分析、计算了单元像素中开关管和驱动管的宽长比，存储电容的数值和面积。完成了Poly-Si TFT AM OLED的所有基本单元分析、计算并进行仿真，验证，最终完成了布图设计，并对版图进行了DRC，LVS及ERC校验。
