In this paper, a new concept of the reference cylinder of ZK worm is presented on the basis of the established equation of profile of ZK worm.

• 在推导了曲纹面蜗杆齿面方程的基础上，提出了曲纹面蜗杆拟准圆柱的新概念，研究了拟准圆柱的横截面半径随加工工艺参数的变化规律，并且通过实验得到了验证。
