In this paper, ENG,BAEP and SPECT were analysed on 50 cases with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) (49 ENG, 44 BAEP, 50 SPECT). The results showed that the abnormal rates are 86. 4%, 73. 5% and 78%, respectively.
