In this paper, Aluminium doped EDF was fabricated based on requirement of EDFA. Gain of the EDF is 35dB and gain flatness is less than 1dB at 980nm pump wavelength, 131mW pump power and -15dBm input power.

• 根据EDFA的性能要求,制备了纤芯掺Al的掺铒光纤,在980nm波长、131mW泵浦功率的泵浦条件下当输入信号功率为-15dBm时在C-band实现了35dB左右的增益,其增益平坦度小于1dB。
