In this paper a novel compound 11,23-dihexanoyl-26,28-dimethoxycalix[4]arene was synthesized selectively from 26,28-dimethoxycalix[4]arene by Fries rearrangement with hexanoyl chloride,and the highest rate of the yield could reach 58.4% .

• 以26；28-二甲氧基杯[4]芳烃为原料；经Fries重排反应；选择性地合成了杯[4]芳烃酚羟基对位的二酰化产物:11；23-二己酰基-26；28-二甲氧基杯[4]芳烃；收率最高可达58.；4%25。
