In the study , we infected BALB/C rats with coxsackievirus B3 ( CB3 V ) to obtain an animal model of viral myocarditis , and treated them with Coptis chinensis Franch , Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis and their mixture.
