In the case of any actual or apprehended loss or damage the carrier and the consignee must give all reasonable facilities to each other for inspiring and tallying the goods.

• 遇有任何实际的或意料到的损失或损坏时，承担人和收货人必须为检验和清点货物相互提供一分合理的便利。
