In our work, the formation process, microstructure and luminescent properties of the synthesized Y2O3:Eu and Gd2O3:Eu nanocrystalline were investigated by TG-DTA, FTIR, XRD, SEM/EDX, Fluorescence spectrophotometer respectively.
