In order to study the change of IL 6 and IL 8 in late phase reaction(LPR)of the skin,the technique of in situ hybridizationwas used to identify messenger RNA for IL 6 and IL 8 in cells infiltrating allergen induced LPR of the skin.

• 为探讨 IL - 6和 IL - 8在皮肤晚期反应 ( L PR)标本中的变化 ,采用原位杂交技术 ,测定了 IL - 6和 IL - 8m RNA在 14例夏季枯草热患者变应原诱导的 L PR标本中的表达。
