In order to fill the missing cone caused by the limited-angle chromotomographicimages, we designed the ordered subset expectation maximization algorithm(OSEM).

• 论文深入分析了有限投影角所带来的信息丢失锥体问题，并为了更好地克服有限投影角问题，提出了空域内的序列子集期望最大算法，并通过大量的计算机仿真实验，验证了序列于集期望最大算法具有鲁棒、快速收敛的特点，并能够很好地克服有限投影角存在的病态问题。
