In light of the problems in the production of GA615 loom such as the uneasing motion of shuttle,the failure of warp stop,the picker floating,the element damage,the failure of weft device,etc.,this paper provides some measures to improve the loom property.

• 针对GA615型织机在生产中常出现的梭子运动不平稳、断经关车失灵、投梭施力不匀及皮结浮动、自停装置中的机件易损、剪纬装置容易失效、制动装置不灵敏等问题,提出一些行之有效的改进措施,完善了织机的使用性能。
