In early 1928,while Comrade Chu Teh was directing revolutionary guerrilla warfare in southern Hunan,peasant armies were organized in the counties of Yichang,Chenchow,Leiyang,Yunghsing and Tzehsing,where the peasant movement had already taken firm root.
