In conducting other census within the jurisdiction of the BAS unit in municipal government or county (city) government shall submit the survey scheme to the central BAS unit for review.

• 直辖市、县(市)政府主计机关举办辖区内有普查性质之调查时，应将调查方案报请中央主计机关核备。
