In Beginning first stage of labor, active phase (3.0 cm dilatation of cervix) and infant birth, phlebotomize and mensurate quantum of norepinephrine (NE), adrenalin (ADR), adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) and cortisol (COR).

• 分别于产程开始、活跃期(宫口开大3.；0cm)、宫口开全及胎儿娩出时抽取产妇静脉血标本；测定各时段的去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(ADR)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(COR)应激激素的含量。
