In 59 patients with colorectal melanosis,older than 60 years accounted for 50.85% and 69.49% of them had constipation,62.71% of them took laxatives for long time.

• 全部病例均经病理组织学检查证实,伴单发或多发性息肉13例,其中腺瘤性息肉10例。结论:病因主要是因便秘而长期服用蒽醌类泻剂;本病多见于老年人;内镜下具有独特表现;是一种良性可逆疾病;
