If upon expiry or earlier termination, Party B has breached this Contract, Party A shall be entitled to deduct such claims from the deposit held, provided such claims are supported by detailed documentation and receipts.

• 租期届满或提前终止的情况下，乙方违背了该合同条款，甲方有权在押金中扣除因乙方违约而引起的损失，并需向乙方提供书面的文件和发票作为扣除押金的根据。
