If the B test on the procurement and dereliction of duty, and the emergence of the delivery of product quality defects, resulting in economic losses of Party A, B assume responsibility accordingly.

• 如因乙方在采购及检验上的失职，而出现所交付的产品质量瑕疵，从而造成甲方经济损失，由乙方承担相应责任。
