If in accordance with Article 32, Items 1 and 2, the lessee rescinds the lease before the lease expires, the lessee shall compensate the lessor for losses suffered as a result thereof.

• 承租人按照本规定第三十二条第一项、第二项，提前解除房屋租赁合同，应赔偿出租人因此所受的损失。
