If Party B materially breaches this Contract, Parry A is entitled to request Party B, by issuing a written notice, to redress the breach within fifteen (15) days upon receiving such notice.

• 如乙方实质性违反合同，甲方则有权以书面通知的形式要求乙方自收到该通知15天内就违约所导致的损失补偿甲方。
