Hg 2+ ion can activate the catalytic activity of laccase when the mixed time is short. With the extension of the mixed time,the activation is gradually converted into inhibition.

• 结果表明 ,当结合时间短时 ,Hg2 +离子对漆酶的催化活性表现为激活作用 ,但随着Hg2 +离子与漆酶结合时间的延长而逐渐转变为抑制作用。
