Heat wok and the oil in medium heat. Fry the shrimps in the wok until just cooked and changes colour (about 2 minutes). Remove and drain on absorbent paper towels.

 
  • 中火加热油锅,把虾仁过一下油,差不多2分钟,虾仁变色后立即捞起放在厨房餐巾纸上滤油。
