Heat the wok again. Pour in the egg and shrimps mixture, add in chopped spring onion, stir fry quickly to mix. Remove from wok onto a platter and serve.

 
  • 加热油锅,把虾仁蛋汁到入锅中,加入葱花,翻炒至蛋汁凝固即可。翻炒均匀盛盘。
