He was expired at our hospital in despite of aggressive management.We emphasize the importance of high index of suspicion of this disease if pain is out of proportion to physical findings.

• 于入院当天前2小时，因合并有高烧，故送至本院急诊室，经紧急筋膜切开术及重覆清创手术，另给序广效静脉抗生素注射及高热量营养支持性治疗，但仍于住院后3天后因合并多处器官衰竭而死亡。
