HMQ-A was purified by recrystal repeatly and the structure was confirmed as aporphines alkaloid taspine by melting point, qualitative reaction, UV and IR.

• 实验中通过反复重结晶对HMQ-A进行纯化，并通过熔点测定、定性反应、UV，IR等方法进行了结构分析，初步确定HMQ-A为阿朴菲类生物碱塔斯品碱。
