Graft coploymerization of ethyl acrylate(EA)onto apocynum fibre using Ce~(4+),KPS-NaHSO_3,KPS-Na_2S_2O_3,KPS-YU redox system was carried out in the heterogeneous system respectively,The optimum graft conditions were determined in our research.
