Foreign students without an alien resident identity, nationals of the Republic of China who have dual nationalities, or forfeited ROC nationality with the permission of the Domestic Affairs Department within the previous eight years, will be refused.

• 未具侨生身份且不具中华民国国籍之外国学生（具中华民国国籍及外国国籍之双重国籍者，自内政部许可丧失中华民国国籍之日起八年内，不得申请）。
