For data hiding in video, this paper makes use of the principle of image scrambling to present an encrypt method for videoconference system. It adds a scrambling module and an inverse scrambling module in videoconference system.

• 对于视频数据隐藏技术，本论文就是利用图像置乱技术的原理，提出了一种视频会议系统的加密方法，即：在会议电视系统中加入图像置乱模块和图像反置乱模块，将会议终端用户数据“置乱”后再在网络上传输，在接收端将收到的数据进行“反置乱”，得到用户数据。
