Five local varieties of arbutus from yuyao city Zhejiang province was selected as raw material in this study to investigate the primary physicochemical index, and the antioxidant activity of them.

• 本试验选用浙江省余姚市的五个杨梅品种：粉红种、凤欢种、迟大种、荸荠种、湖南种为研究材料，对杨梅的主要理化指标进行了分析测定，并研究了杨梅汁的抗氧化效果。 结果如下：
