Extracting active component of Perilla leaf by vapor distillation, active component of Merical stone were solubilized out in ethonal and acetic acid. The optimal processing condition were determined,meanwhile test shows Merical stone has antisepticaction.

• 水蒸气蒸馏提取紫苏叶中的有效成分 ,以水、乙醇和醋酸为溶剂萃取麦饭石中的有效成分 ,比较后得出了提取麦饭石中有效成分的最适条件 ,并通过饮料的防腐实验 ,证明了麦饭石对微生物具有显著的抑制作用 ,在饮料中能替代防腐剂起到防腐抗菌的功效
